Experience
Ken is a registered patent attorney with a strong litigation background. His practice involves resolving complex intellectual property disputes in Federal trial courts, mediation, arbitration, U. S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and US Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Ken began his legal career as a prosecutor, in the 17th Judicial Circuit, Fort Lauderdale, FL and has tried over 50 jury trials to verdict.
Ken also prosecutes patents involving electrical and mechanical devices and systems. When not practicing intellectual property law, Ken enjoys SCUBA diving, fishing, alpine skiing and CrossFit.
