Experience

Geraldine is an Intellectual Property attorney who joined the team in April 2023. She was born a raised in Caracas, Venezuela, and moved to the U.S. in 2014. Geraldine attended St. Thomas University College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude in May 2022 and pursued an Intellectual Property Certificate. During her law school career, she interned for the Honorable Judge Alan Fine in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in the civil division and at two Intellectual Property Law firms. Additionally, she was the President of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society, Executive Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review, and treasurer for the St. Thomas University chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Before joining us, Geraldine was an Intellectual Property attorney at the Plus IP Firm in Miami, FL.

Before attending law school, Geraldine Graduated from the University of Miami with two B.S. double majors in Marine Science & Biology and Ecosystem Science & Policy, with a minor in Chemistry and Management.

Geraldine is a Florida Bar Association member and fluent in English and Spanish.
